Brendan Murphy

Starting out as a writer/performer for the satirical comedy show NewsRevue, Brendan has had his songs and sketches featured on BBC Radio Scotland and BBC Radio 4 Extra. He has taken two solo shows (BAGMAN and Enter the Bagman) to the Edinburgh Fringe, to critical acclaim.

An experienced improviser, he has worked for award-winning groups such as Second City and Monkey Toast as well as contributing material to the pilot episode of Borderline (Channel 5).

He is currently developing a new live show with Olivier Award nominee Dan Clarkson (Potted Potter), and a musical comedy with Kiell Smith-Bynoe.
